Cancellation Policy
At Whitton’s Auto Repair, we strive to accommodate your scheduling needs with our mobile repair services. However, we maintain the following booking policy to ensure efficient service: Appointment Requests: You may request an appointment time through our website or over the phone. All appointments are subject to availability. Confirmation: Once your appointment is requested, you will receive a confirmation from Whitton’s Auto Repair. Please note that your requested time is not guaranteed until confirmed by our team. Ability to Adjust Appointments: Whitton’s Auto Repair reserves the right to accept, decline, or modify any requested appointment times based on technician availability, location, and service needs. If changes are required, we will notify you promptly to reschedule at a mutually convenient time. Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. No-Show Policy: If our technician arrives at the scheduled time and location, and you are unavailable or fail to provide access to the vehicle, you may be charged a no-show fee. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we will work with you to ensure a smooth and convenient booking experience.
